
How can you create added value with the learn/work environment? In response to this question, René Stevens developed the Real Estate General Performance Survey (RE-GPS). It is important to have a holistic vision, in which a conductor ensures that the various parts of the learn/work environment are tuned to each other in such a way that they optimally facilitate the most important capital of an organisation, the employee. The conductor then regularly conducts performance surveys with the learn/work environment.
The tree is a metaphor. The roots of an organisation – ICT, CREM, FM Services and FM resources – must be aligned, in order for them to contribute optimally. However, it is necessary that they are integrally aligned with the trunk: Human Resources.
