
For decades advisers, students and scientists have been looking for the holy grail to capture the alignment of Corporate Real Estate with the strategy of an organization in a comprehensive model. The aim is to use accommodation as a lever to improve the productivity and well-being of employees / students, among other things. However, reality cannot easily be captured in one model. It is about finding the balance of the hard, usually measurable, building side with the softer human side.
