
Accommodation is not an isolated thing but has a strong influence on all management areas. Through a business approach, the accommodation offers an opportunity to support the strategic goals of organizations and serve the interests of users. Accommodation helps create a lasting competitive advantage.

Many organisations see accommodation as a necessary evil. It only gets the attention of management:
- If personnel grow so fast that accommodation cannot be dragged on;

- Or if the management of the building has gotten out of hand due to insufficient maintenance reservation that a (financial) mismatch with the real estate market has arisen.
- Only a few realize that the right housing makes an important contribution to the realization of the organisational goals.
